Plans run in 6-month terms that renew on their own. To cancel, email me at least 60 days before your current term ends. You can export your customers, invoices and payments anytime, and your data is kept for 60 days after you leave so you can take it with you.
You own it. Your company's data is walled off from every other company's, it's backed up every night, and you can export it anytime. How your data is protected.
Barely. The crew screen is built to be simple: pick the job, tap done. We do a short walkthrough with your crew when you start.
Yes. The crew side switches between English and Spanish with one tap.
Both. It installs straight from the web browser, so there's no app store and nothing to update. Every phone sees the same live information.
That's the point. Text or call me what you want changed. Small changes, like wording, a new extra or a report tweak, are included (up to an hour of work a month) and done in 2 to 3 business days. Bigger additions are quoted upfront before any work starts, so there are no surprises.
No. I'm based in Baton Rouge and New Orleans, and I'm glad to drive out and meet anywhere in Louisiana or Mississippi. Everything else, from setup to changes to support, happens by phone and online, so I can set you up wherever you are.
Yes. I build it on a Cloudflare account in your name, so the site, its files and your web address are yours. You pay for the domain directly (about $10 to $15 a year). A website goes live in about a week once I have your photos and info.
About 2 weeks from sign-up to your crew using it, and I do the setup for you: your customers, prices and every phone. Send your customer list and prices early and it can be even faster.
The app is monitored around the clock, and I get an alert if anything breaks. You reach me directly, not a call center, and when you report a problem I start fixing it within one business day and keep you posted. If I ever stopped offering Crewfit, you'd get at least 60 days' written notice and all of your data.
